Went for a oil change and tire rotation. Appointment service, it took approx two hours. Facilities was fine. Wait room seating was space per Covid guidelines.

Overall process from start to finish was seamless. I have an appointment in arrived at the dealership to be greeted by a service advisor and work began promptly.

Friendly and efficient, free tea, outside seating. They have clean facilities and lots of customer reps. I love the car wash after the service appointment, I like they text you updates

Joel was amazing got me into a car even after having my credit tanked from hard inquiries (17 from another dealership unfortunately) and his financer was terrific as well and they both worked diligently and got me my car on my birthday I would say the repair/service department could do a little bit better with corrections and fixes such as paint and some scuffs I noticed later also the usb charger port seems to need a fuse or possibly a loose connection but I can easily replace fix that overall extremely happy so far with my purchase and experience!

I went in knowing which used car I wanted. I got a good deal on a like-new Yaris! I compared to local Nissan, Subaru, and Kia dealers and I feel like I got a good car for a decent deal. The salesman was just fine, the finance agent was knowledgeable and seemed like he got me a decent deal.

I like that I can drop vehicle night before with appointment first thing next day. It gets addressed first thing with out delay. After full inspection they let me know what is needed and the time frame.
