Too expensive for hourly rate of diagnostic. Was told to bring my suv in on a Saturday for an 11:40 a.m. appointment and they didn't look at my vehicle all day...closing at 4pm and weren't going to give me a loaner car. Despite informing the service advisor, David, that the cabin air filter had been replaced just 10 days prior and did not need to be checked, the mechanic proceeded to inspect it anyway. Clean,open and seemed very busy. However the service lacked a bit of performance. I brought a 2012 Yaris for a TPMS and asked about checking vehicle for other issues it may have had. I would warn people about getting service here. I went in for my 15k check up & it cost me $288 When I purchased the car I spent an additional 6k for extended service. WELL.. you get in there & they tell you that you need/should have this & that done.. I regret not saying no, I did say no to a $149 service for something to do with the seem from the AC 🤔 In the future I’ll just have the worth done that’s covered & then go to my local mechanic. They must worth on commission

Minor service today required four hours waiting time and this was a scheduled appointment. I thought 2 hours max when I drove in. I will try to have my cars serviced elsewhere in the future.

Everything went great. The Service Advisor was thorough and it took exactly as long as he said. On my way home, I did realize my windshield was chipped. Nothing major but someone should have let me know.
