My experience with Kedwin was SUPERB! He was so pleasant and help me purchase a new vehicle after I told him exactly what I was looking for! He actually found me a 2025 RAV4 within my price range (I was looking at verified pre-owned, wasn’t considering a new one)! He really was great! A+ customer service. My previous experience 14 years ago purchasing a car was so unpleasant, I feared going to dealership but, rest assured, Kedwin was amazing and friendly, knowledgeable and provided guidance and suggestions that suited my needs! I've been going to this dealership for a while now and the service time is terrible. Just finished the service and state inspection, told about 2 hours but it took 3 hours. Every time I've gone I've been told 2 hours but it has never been that, almost always at least 3 hours (or more). I've even got my car back with trash in it from the service people. My wifes Hyundai full service takes 1 hour. Maybe it's time to find a new dealership or a new car brand. I'm fed up of wasting so much of my time at this dealership.
They were pretty easy to deal with, very reliable and accommodating. They did not me with messages (text, email, voicemail). In the end, I got a pretty good deal and the car was in great shape, ready to go quickly. The facility was a bit overwhelming, feeling like an airport terminal, with all the various parts and pieces. Abdou was charming, efficient and responsive.
All the people were very nice, especially our saleswomen Jacqueline Carrion. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Came in to downsize my truck - having a few children getting to driving age soon- I needed a smaller truck. Leida Qirjazi was the lovely woman I worked with. She was the first person to greet me as I entered the building at 9am at Ita Toyota of Danvers. And I’m so happy I met her. She was amazing to work with. She helped get me what I needed for my trade - and the payment to where I was extremely happy. I also enjoyed working with the management staff and the finance people. I would recommend using Ira Toyota again and ask for Leida!!!

Augustine (Gus) was a pleasure to deal with. Good car at a good price with no high pressure shenanigans. We did have to wait for a very long time to complete the transaction due to the finance dept being short staffed. After that Gus was very responsive and kept us up to date with progress toward delivery, and he had everything ready for us to drive off when we arrived to pickup the car. Highly recommend.
This was my third and likely the last experience with this dealership—everything that should have gone smoothly did not. Example 1: I visited on a Friday to explore end-of-lease options. I found a car and was waiting for pricing when the sales rep returned with three options. I was pleased with one but wanted to check one more car before deciding. Then, the sales manager, Michael, stepped in, pushed for a commitment, and suddenly claimed the numbers were wrong—raising my preferred option by $200 more per month. He dismissed the error as "human" but then said, "You wouldn't get past finance anyway." Keep in mind this was in the hands of more than one person before it got to me, the customer. That was enough for me to walk out. Example 2: My husband returned Saturday to see if he could work something out as I was turned off from the day prior. After hours of waiting, we finally agreed on a price but had a prior commitment (which they knew about 1.5 hours before we had to leave and I actually drove there separately so I could sign too). An hour went by and still no paperwork ready, so we scheduled a 5 PM appointment to sign same day. The dealership had four hours to prepare the paperwork. When we arrived, we still waited 50 minutes before meeting an incredibly rude finance manager. Example 3: There was a delay releasing our car due to insurance paperwork (we signed on a Saturday night and had to wait next business day which is understandable). We kept our sales rep updated, and our insurer sent the required documents in the afternoon (unfortunately not as soon as we wanted but they still got it). By end-of-business, they suddenly told us it was “too late to process.” We had to return the next business day. Example 4: My husband arrived as planned, only to be handed off to another sales rep with little warning and someone who seemed to be unfamiliar with the situation. Nothing was ready—again. When they finally brought out the car, it was covered in bird poop. A minor issue compared to the rest, but they claim to detail cars before delivery. Bottom line: Repeated miscommunication, unprofessionalism, and poor customer service made this my last visit. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Oil change promotion final price was as advertised. Service was timely and accommodating since I arrived early. Provided me(by text) with results of vehicle checkup. They even washed the car.
I have been coming here for a decade and have never had a bad experience. I have dealt with a few different service people all of whom have been great: today I was fortunate to have David Rojas again. I will buy my next car here as well!!

Dealership tried to pull a fast one on me today. Trade value of my vehicle was $8000.00 (NADA, Bluebook, and Cargurus average) and the vehicle I was looking to purchase was $10100.00 leaving about $2400.00 when you add in the fees taxes etc... The delay they presented me showed $9250.00 owed after trade. Upon looking at the offer there were close to $4000.00 in fees and addons. Including 2 that were completely fraudulent. $1134.00 Reinstall fee $499.00 IKON protection $300.00 for nitrogen in tires (which was done by previous owner) receipt from 2021 in glovebox. They tried to charge for a service they were not providing. If I wasn't educated on the scams that dealerships pull I would have given over$9000.00 for a $10,000.00 car after giving them a trade worth $8000. Absolutely discusted.
