Service needed for check charging system light coming on when attempting to start car. Starting Battery was already replaced 2 months ago. Car was checked out and low battery on key fob was thought to have caused the issue. Battery in key fob replaced. Keeping my fingers crossed that this fixes this issue.

I have been a customer here over 16 years most of the time they are ok. Of course they always try to upsell you work which is because the techs work on flat rate and the service advisors get paid on the hours they sell.This past visit I waited nearly 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation which is like an hours worth of work tops. Wish they were quicker getting customers done and on their way.

Alex was great - my wiper loosened as designed when my wife cleared the snow off the windshield - I came in and popped the hood and tightened it - all set - no charge. Looked at the tire treads and asked if I was sliding in the snow - yup - new tires - balanced - aligned - took work calls from the coffee room- done in 2 hrs. Great service!!!

Fantastic service from Alex Pendleton and David Rojas. I came in for routine maintenance. Along the way the technicians recommended essential brake repairs which made it necessary to leave the car overnight. A loaner car was provided and the repairs were made the following day.

He answered all the questions I had and made sure what I needed for my maintenance would all be done in 1 day. He made sure if I needed anything else done, he would inform me and let me know the cost prior to starting the service. The recall part took a month to be delivered-a fuel pump replacement. Driving into the garage to drop the car off, there was no waiting time to get into the garage, just the two minutes for the fellow to finish up with a woman before me. For the work, I needed to lose gas with just over 1/2 tank, "even 1/2 tank was pushing it.." so I drove it to under 1/4 tank, switching to Sport mode to try to dump gas for the six days before the work.
