Today I had an appointment for maintenance. I was not impressed with the salesperson who handled my work order. I had to look for him after 15 minutes from getting a message that my car is all set. He did not let me know where the car is parked. I had to look for my car. He wasn’t very courteous and not a good customer service person.

Didn’t receive the multi-point insertion report until the day after I brought it in for scheduled factory-recommended maintenance. I asked for it right when I got home, then emailed later that night when I didn’t receive it. I received it the next morning and it listed a rather severe repair needed and included a link to schedule the service quickly to honor the gigantic repair estimate. On explanation or discussion. I’m going elsewhere and I’ll never be back.

Service department fudges with the numbers. My car was having vibration issues from 25-40mph. Went to the service department to get it fixed. I would find a better place to have my/your vehicle worked on. These people are working in a sausage factory. Just look around you. They need lots of cash to keep the factory going and they will do "anything" to keep it running! That means anything to keep the cash flowing in.
