This is an added comment to my previous survey I just completed. I told the Service Advisor that the hood prop was in my car, on the floor. It still is. Why did they not put it back in?? Its come off twice and a nice worker at an auto store snapped it back in and they wanted to charge me $223?!! I will look for a different Toyota dealer when my lease is up. I’ve been a loyal customer for approx 15 yrs and I was very mistreated thru this whole process!

I called to schedule 10,000 maintenance. I added that included in the Same appointment I would like my air conditioner fixed. I told the service person the vent in the back sounds like a jet engine. I came to have my tires rotated and balanced. Which should be a 30 minute job at most, maybe an hour. I was upsold an alignment on top of the rotate and balance for $100 extra. Fine. I was there for a car inspection sticker and it ended up being 4 hours because the check engine light came on for a 2025 Highlander. No explanation was given for what caused it.
Had to wait 10 minutes in front of the receptionist while she talked on the phone about an apartment she was looking at. And then the gentleman that was supposed to help me screamed out and said they’re gonna have to wait very rudely. When my truck was finally done with the oil change, they never let me know. Service advisor angel advised to take throttle service, Ari conditioning refresh for a Corolla hybrid with 30,000 miles. Toyota recommends only doing this in case of issue between 30,000 and 60,000 miles. Please stick to manufacturer recommendations for service and only do service if any issues are reported. This costed an additional 300$

Visited the dealer with the goal of purchasing an electric bZ. The first test drive vehicle was at 5% battery. We couldn’t get up to the speed of traffic on a 55mph roadway due to this.
