I've been going to this dealership for a while now and the service time is terrible. Just finished the service and state inspection, told about 2 hours but it took 3 hours. Every time I've gone I've been told 2 hours but it has never been that, almost always at least 3 hours (or more). I've even got my car back with trash in it from the service people. They were pretty easy to deal with, very reliable and accommodating. They did not me with messages (text, email, voicemail). In the end, I got a pretty good deal and the car was in great shape, ready to go quickly. The facility was a bit overwhelming, feeling like an airport terminal, with all the various parts and pieces. Abdou was charming, efficient and responsive.
All the people were very nice, especially our saleswomen Jacqueline Carrion. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Augustine (Gus) was a pleasure to deal with. Good car at a good price with no high pressure shenanigans. We did have to wait for a very long time to complete the transaction due to the finance dept being short staffed. After that Gus was very responsive and kept us up to date with progress toward delivery, and he had everything ready for us to drive off when we arrived to pickup the car. Highly recommend.
This was my third and likely the last experience with this dealership—everything that should have gone smoothly did not. Example 1: I visited on a Friday to explore end-of-lease options. I found a car and was waiting for pricing when the sales rep returned with three options. I was pleased with one but wanted to check one more car before deciding. Dealership tried to pull a fast one on me today. Trade value of my vehicle was $8000.00 (NADA, Bluebook, and Cargurus average) and the vehicle I was looking to purchase was $10100.00 leaving about $2400.00 when you add in the fees taxes etc... The delay they presented me showed $9250.00 owed after trade. Upon looking at the offer there were close to $4000.00 in fees and addons. Clean, organized and staff were friendly. Accepted without appointment. Conducted an inspection, without my request or permission. I didn’t like that.

Had 8:00 am appointment for oil change and to change setting on my car. Took 3.5 hours and they didn't even change the setting. Wanted the fake engine noise that is piped in the cabin shut OFF. They said it was a safety feature and couldn't do it. I specifically asked for Engine Sound Enhancement (ESE) to be turned off and they confused it with the pedestrian warning required for hybrids called Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System (AVAS). It was very easy to make an appointment, however, it look over 2 hours to get notified on an update,, which only occurred after i initiated the question. When leaving, after payment, the problem was not resolved, had to get manager involved. Another 30 min delay while they fix it again.

Concerns dont matter. Expectations not met. I went for 3 things. Oil change, sticker, and to look at my whipers because one was loose. My car was driving smoothly otherwise. I left 4 and 1/2 hours later and $420 in the hole after being sold an alignment, brake fluid flush, and a car driving like crap. I brought it back 2 days later to give them a chance to fix it instead of leaving a bad review. After another 4 hours they said they put my tires back and realigned it but it was even worse. I have owned Toyotas for 20+ years and always had my car serviced at dealerships. Before this, I was serviced at Toyota of Watertown, Toyota of Wellesley and Boch Toyota. I never experienced the extra waiting time ( this visit for routine maintenance—I arrived at 2 pm with an estimated finish time of 4-4:30, but wasn’t finished until 6) that I have since I have been taking my Camry to Ira.
