I've been going to this dealership for a while now and the service time is terrible. Just finished the service and state inspection, told about 2 hours but it took 3 hours. Every time I've gone I've been told 2 hours but it has never been that, almost always at least 3 hours (or more). I've even got my car back with trash in it from the service people. They were pretty easy to deal with, very reliable and accommodating. They did not me with messages (text, email, voicemail). Trade value of my vehicle was $8000.00 (NADA, Bluebook, and Cargurus average) and the vehicle I was looking to purchase was $10100.00 leaving about $2400.00 when you add in the fees taxes etc... I left 4 and 1/2 hours later and $420 in the hole after being sold an alignment, brake fluid flush, and a car driving like crap.
