Didn’t receive the multi-point insertion report until the day after I brought it in for scheduled factory-recommended maintenance. I asked for it right when I got home, then emailed later that night when I didn’t receive it. I received it the next morning and it listed a rather severe repair needed and included a link to schedule the service quickly to honor the gigantic repair estimate. On explanation or discussion. I’m going elsewhere and I’ll never be back.

It’s has always treated me well, I’ve always enjoyed the leasing process as well as the service experience. Unfortunately with my most recent visit I was a little disappointed. Four and half hours for oil change,tire rotation, then my phone notified me the vehicle left the dealer and was 7 miles away, I have a very expensive accurate GPS tracker, it don't lie, it gave pings every 10 seconds, the girl ithat checked me in was no where to be found, she never came to get me when ready, too many excuses in ra runs scams

Too expensive for hourly rate of diagnostic. Was told to bring my suv in on a Saturday for an 11:40 a.m. appointment and they didn't look at my vehicle all day...closing at 4pm and weren't going to give me a loaner car. It was an awful, terrible experience. Just to reset a piece in my gas gage cost me $420. I arrived at the work shop at 3pm and I was sitting in my car for 20 minutes and no body came to me to help me out with my appointment. And also I waited two and a half hours for tire rotation only. Imagine if I had to do the oil change then I have to spend the night at the shop.

Despite informing the service advisor, David, that the cabin air filter had been replaced just 10 days prior and did not need to be checked, the mechanic proceeded to inspect it anyway. Why make an appointment if they don’t get to you until 3 hours later? I bought tire insurance was told a slow leak wasn’t covered on 1 occasion then about a year later it happened again and then was told it was covered. Very frustrating

I would find a better place to have my/your vehicle worked on. These people are working in a sausage factory. Just look around you. They need lots of cash to keep the factory going and they will do "anything" to keep it running! That means anything to keep the cash flowing in. Clean,open and seemed very busy. However the service lacked a bit of performance. I brought a 2012 Yaris for a TPMS and asked about checking vehicle for other issues it may have had. I was told by Steve they did inspection. I told him great. I would like to start a schedule with the most important. The main concern was the tire sensor on the dash and to check A/C..
