Went for my 30,000 mile service today. It was busy but Bruce returned my car to me in the promised time. Facilities are clean with plenty of distanced seating if you have to wait.
Staff were polite, clear explanation, could have been more timely with completion having sent a text saying that the car was done but really needed to ask a question
Sadik was professional and I felt like I could trust him. I had to wait awhile but I ended up with a good car. I did not feel overly pressured.
Service representative Alpes Patel was just wonderful ! Knowledgeable, helpful and polite this time was a great experience ..... which was not the previous experience
Made appointment 20 minutes before I drove there. No issues.Noticed the chairs and tables were cleaned between customers. Fixing a piece of trim that fell off which is still under warranty
Really good service. Within 15 minutes of arrival, your car is taken in for service. I never feel taken advantage of. Service folks are very informative.
My last service call was an experience that I would remember for a long time. The service rep was Mr. Mario Pappalardo and this gentleman truly embodies your business values of "Integrity", "Transparency" and "Professionalism". I would gladly add one of my own and that is "Honesty". Thanks Mario.

Ease to make appointments. Like the checkup performed. They make recommendations for further service that they feel should be done. Received a text asking if I wanted to do the other service they felt was time to do.
