2020 Toyota C-HR Review

Hatchbacks like the Toyota C-HR are unique in lots of ways. They’re compact yet offer room to stretch out. They’re efficient yet handle like sports cars. To show drivers in Danvers, Peabody, and Salem, MA, everything else it can do for you, Ira Toyota of Danvers put this 2020 C-HR review together.

Toyota C-HR Performance

Toyota C-HR Specs

The 2020 Toyota C-HR delivers excellent fuel economy. With an EPA-estimated 27 MPG city and 31 MPG highway, it’ll come in handy when you’re running to work, heading down to the city, or taking a trip to Cape Cod.[i]

On top of helping you make fewer stops for gas, it also offers a sporty drive. Under the hood, there’s a 2.0L 4-cylinder engine that gets up to 144 horsepower and 139 lb-ft of torque. To manage your drive, there’s an efficient Continuously Variable Transmission with intelligence and Shift Mode (CVTi-S). It gives you the option to take control of the gears and shift manually without a clutch.

Toyota C-HR Interior

Inside the 2020 Toyota C-HR, you’ll find a stylish design, seating for five, and more room than meets the eye. This hatchback comes with cloth seats, but heated leather seats are also available. To help you get comfortable behind the wheel, you can even add an 8-way power adjustable driver’s seat.

The front row features room to relax with 38.1 inches of headroom and 43.46 inches of legroom. Passengers in the back will have 38.3 inches of headroom and 31.7 inches of legroom. You’ll have lots of storage space in the back, too. The trunk features 19.1 cubic feet of cargo room, while folding the backseats down gives you up to 37 cubic feet of cargo room.

Up front, the dashboard is home to a stylish 8-inch touchscreen. It comes with standard Bluetooth®, Apple CarPlay®, and Android Auto™, so you can stream music, make calls, and use your apps while you drive.

Plus, the screen can help you parallel park. Just put your hatchback in reverse, and the infotainment system switches to a live look at what the backup camera sees behind you.

Toyota C-HR Safety
