Thanks to the Service department Advisor, Edwin Alcantara, work that was written up to be performed on my car from another dealership was reviewed and discovered it wasn’t necessary. Other service was overlooked.

Excellent service today for my first check up on a Toyota Rav4. When the dealership reached out to set up the appointment they were demanding on the appointment timing even though we are well below the service mileage requirement. They were much better today in person. When I leased the car last year, no one told me that the service was included at no charge in my deal. I had to call to get his info.
I had coupon for oil change and wipers blades that is the reason I visited there. they really helped me very well to me. and I did tires rotation too at the same time. it was little late than I expected but overall was great.

As always IRA Toyota did a great job. Service Advisor communicated there would be a long wait(upwards to 3 hours). He offered me a ride. Although 3 hours for a scheduled oil change seemed excessive, it is what it is. I had plenty of work to keep me occupied.

IRA does a great job. I've been satisfied with the communication and work, but concerned about the time it takes to execute. They try to help with options for local transport, but if the unexpected job is going to take 7 or 8 hours, they just need to give you a loaner.
