The all-new 2019 Corolla is now entering its twelfth generation, and with that comes a bold new exterior. The front fascia now sports an entirely new grille, with a sharp division between upper and lower sections. The result is a face that looks blunter and more muscular than ever before.
Plus, the Corolla is decked out with a stylish new set of headlights. Standard Bi-LED lamps shine bright and use less energy than conventional halogen bulbs-and they look sharp while doing so, too. The 2019 Corolla hatchback gets a new engine: a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder, which can generate 168 horses for a more authoritative drive. The Toyota Entune™ Audio system graces both the 2019 Corolla sedan and hatchback, but it looks a little different depending on the body style you choose. Dropped Tacoma off for service Tuesday evening. Had communicated with my Service Advisor several times over Wednesday due to recommendations and prices, and status of completion for Thursday. Service department fudges with the numbers. My car was having vibration issues from 25-40mph. Went to the service department to get it fixed. Got a quick call back that the tires are the likely issue and needs replacement. I ask the representative to take a test drive as the vibration is unique and not tire related. Great service advisor, I drive more than 40miles just to go to this dealership because of their great service.
I would find a better place to have my/your vehicle worked on. These people are working in a sausage factory. Just look around you. They need lots of cash to keep the factory going and they will do "anything" to keep it running! That means anything to keep the cash flowing in. I would warn people about getting service here. I went in for my 15k check up & it cost me $288 When I purchased the car I spent an additional 6k for extended service. WELL.. you get in there & they tell you that you need/should have this & that done.. I regret not saying no, I did say no to a $149 service for something to do with the seem from the AC 🤔 In the future I’ll just have the worth done that’s covered & then go to my local mechanic. I had a 12:00 appointment. I arrived at 12:10. When I called at 2:15, they had not even looked at my car yet. I think my call got them started. If you can't see the car until 2:00, make the appointment at 2:00. you are just working on too many cars at once. I'm sure that is how you make the big money and I guess good for you. But I am done. I'm looking for a small local service station to meet my car needs going forward.

Had an appointment for a recall . Ended costing me $200:00 and 4 hours later . Seemed to be a scam to get more money . Car is 10 years old and of course I changed the battery but because I didn’t use them they charged me for a new battery triple the price my battery was just 2 years old . All for a faulty bracket . That’s really upsetting—especially when it messes with something as important as a medical appointment. We entered the dealership with the idea to gather more information to buy a new car eventually. My Prius is 15 years old and still going well. Isaac Ruiz was assigned to us. WOW! Contrary to two different salesmen at another dealership over the last two years, where we had to insist on getting more information, Isaac listened. He showed info on the screen and answered each of our questions with authenticity, never imposing, yet advising, adding his knowledge and experience, and reacting to the point. A real adviser! I've been going to this dealership for a while now and the service time is terrible. Just finished the service and state inspection, told about 2 hours but it took 3 hours. Every time I've gone I've been told 2 hours but it has never been that, almost always at least 3 hours (or more). I've even got my car back with trash in it from the service people. They were pretty easy to deal with, very reliable and accommodating. They did not me with messages (text, email, voicemail). In the end, I got a pretty good deal and the car was in great shape, ready to go quickly. The facility was a bit overwhelming, feeling like an airport terminal, with all the various parts and pieces.
